Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for invoice and delivery details that we need to complete the order.

We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

When you receive an "Order received email", this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Customers who purchase accept that:- “The information, techniques and exercises provided within the Natal Hypnotherapy Audio Tracks, books, materials or training, sold through this website, are for educational purposes only. Do not use the Audio Tracks or practice the techniques or exercises contained within these Audio Tracks whilst driving or operating machinery, or if you suffer any severe psychiatric condition. Please understand that by the nature of downloads, we cannot offer refunds. If you have any difficulties, we will work with you to help you get your download.

Please note that we require you full contact delivery address for taxation reporting as required in the EU.

Downloads are considered a service, that is 'provided in full' once the item has been downloaded, and therefore concludes the provision of the service.

We will also endeavour to be able to send the downloads ordered, to you again on request, with proof of purchase, for a maximum limit of 3 times, to the email address on the order, for up to a year from the date of the original order. Should you need more time then you may need to repurchase them or pay for the resending service. You should ensure you have safely stored them on a computer/device and have a backup. The files are then in your possession and you are licenced to use them for your own personal use. You are prohibited from copying or sharing files.

Cancellation Policy - Natal Hypnotherapy Training

Natal Hypnotherapy training sessions, e.g. workshops, courses, classes, study days etc are provided as a service. Provision of the service is considered to have started when we send you course and venue information and forms and pre course questionnaires.

If you book on a course and subsequently wish to cancel, refunds will only be given on the following basis and the following charges will be applicable. This table shows the number of calendar days notice given and the % refund applicable.

In the event of exceptional circumstances, which include death or birth of baby 50% of the course fee paid may be refunded. Evidence of these circumstances may be asked for and any refund is at our sole discretion.

Transfer Policy

If a course participant wishes to transfer to an alternative course a charge of £15 will be made. If an alternative date cannot be found then the cancellation policy will apply.

Shipping And Handling

All physical products are sent out using Royal Mail using the service you specify e.g. first or second class or by courier depending on your request. If we offer "free" shipping, we reserve the right to select the most economic service. Please Phone: 01252 716859 if you require special or alternative shipping arrangements

All orders are packed in opaque Jiffy bags or courier bags and the contents cannot be seen or identified. In addition there is no branding visable on the packaging.

Shipping prices are displayed during checkout as they depend on what you order and where you want delivery to.

Delivery Schedule

Downloads (i.g. mp3, m4a and pdf files)
Delivery of these is immediate i.e. the downloads are available immediately after your have paid/confirmed your order. You will see them towards the bottom of the screen with the DONE button at the end of checkout.

We also automatically email them out to your email address provided during the order. Please ensure you have included the customer services email, orders@natalhypnotherapy.co.uk in your email contacts. so that you get your order in your inbox, and not your junk mail.

We support you for a year from your order, should you need to re download the item (e.g. lost phone, change of computer etc). After a year we archive orders. Should you need to obtain a new link for downloads after a year, please click here to request links after 1 year

UK postal deliveries
We will normally dispatch all orders received up to 3pm on business day on that same day, Royal Mail 1st Class and typically 94% of customers get them next working day in line with Royal Mail deliveries.

International orders
These go by airmail and take between 5 -10 working days for Europe and 10--15 for anywhere else in the world. Please contact us if you require special delivery. We are here to help!

Please note that when ordering by Courier, for orders before 12pm, it goes out that day for delivery NEXT BUSINESS DAY i.e if you order Monday you get it Tuesday, but please note if you order on a Friday, the next business day is Monday and not Saturday! The service is a signed for service and you need to ensure that you are in on the day of the delivery. If you are not present the Courier will card you and then you either need to re-arrange delivery or pick it up from the depot. If you fail to collect it or you are absent when the courier calls again, a redelivery charge may apply.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

All UK and EU orders are subject to the UK governments 20.0% Value Added Tax (VAT) for non VAT registered individuals or businesses. Orders from the rest of the world and the Channel Islands are zero rated for VAT so you are not charged UK VAT.

Digital goods are consider e-services and as such may attract tax on the country you are in at the time of order. Your delivery address must be the address you are present at, at the point of order. We may contact you if we need to confirm your location when you ordered.

Credit Card Security

We use Sage Pay or PayPal for taking payment securely.

The Natal Hypnotherapy website only takes your contact details. When the order is placed at our website, your name and invoice address details are passed to Sage Pay for payment processing. You enter your credit card numbers into Sage Pay/PayPal secure site which are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. We only get a payment confirmation back from Sage Pay to say your payment has gone through, not your card details.

Given conception and birth is a natural process we cannot guarrantee any particular outcome, or accept any liabililty for the performance or non performance of our products, materials or services.

We offer a full money back guarantee if you feel that you have not benefitted from using the CDs. This guarantee and this contract is valid up to and including the date of the birth of your baby.

9 How long we store your personal information

We will keep your personal data only for as long as it is necessary to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes, and for sales of digital products, its 10 years.

11 Marketing purposes
We will keep your data with our email provider (mailchimp) for a period of 3 years. This has been deemed a suitable time for women / couples going through a first and possible subsequent pregnancy. You can of course unsubscribe from this at any point

In some circumstances such as for feedback, research or statistical purposes, we may anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.

12 How we secure your personal information
To safeguard and prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed, we have put in place appropriate security measures. In addition, we limit access to your personal data only to those employees, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know such data. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

Clearance items may be on or near end of shelf life. You accept this upon purchasing items marked "Reduced to Clear" and Returns for these items are only possible if the product is faulty.

We can take orders where payment is by bank transfer for Trade Customers, but these need to clear before we ship the goods and orders need to be placed by phone or email.
