Without this CD I would not have been able to continue breastfeeding for as long as I did
"Without this CD I would not have been able to continue breastfeeding for as long as I did (6 months with both of my boys).
I used the hypnosis track the most - it is designed for use when you are not actually breastfeeding. I would listen to it usually in the evening when my husband would take the baby to give me a rest. With my first baby the hypnosis helped me through feeding a premature baby, poor milk supply and 2 bouts of breast thrush. And my second baby had lactose-intolerant colic. Listening to Maggie Howell's soothing voice immediately relaxed me and I could feel my body being restored and even my breasts making more milk (honestly!) I also slept better afterwards and used some of the techniques when trying to get back to sleep after night feeds.
It gave me the confidence to carry on breastfeeding and I did come to love feeding and felt really sad when the boys weaned. I would say I listened to the CD most evenings for the first 12 weeks. I listened to the other track which is a lovely relaxing one that you have on while you are feeding your baby-it really makes you stop trying to multitask/watch tv/text etc and appreciate the moment-breastfeeding is such a special time and its a phase that is over in a flash." I was really anxious about breastfeeding
"I was really anxious about breastfeeding. So from day one I used the breastfeeding CD and found it helped me relax which helped milk flow. I'm still breastfeeding and intend to continue until 6 months. Excellent CD, thank you!" Beth Hart

Recommend it at my antenatal and breastfeeding classes
"I think it's your best yet and will be happy to recommend it at my antenatal and breastfeeding classes. In fact, I think it can be played antenatally by women to help them get in touch with their babies and look forward to the experiences." Lynda L, Midwife
