Step 1 - Log onto your Apple Mac

a) Start up and log onto your Apple Mac or Macbook Pro

b) Open your email app

Step 2 - Download a track using your Mac from an email

a) To download an file from an email link, open the email app on your Mac, click the download link.

b) Choose 'Download Linked File'.

c) Your Mac decompresses files such as .zip files after it downloads them.

Note: If you download an item that you previously downloaded, your Mac removes the older duplicate so it doesn’t take up space on your Mac.

d) Your Mac will save the file in your prefered download location. To change where the downloaded items are saved on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, click General, then click the 'File download location' pop-up menu and choose a location.

If you want to you can download using Safari from the receipt screen.

Step 3 - Import your downloaded file on your Mac into iTunes

a) Open your iTunes or alternate media player

b) Import the downloaded files into iTunes by selecting 'File', then Add File to Library

c) Play the downloaded file
