The Natal Club™ Coming Soon
The Natal Club™ is a new initiative to bring women together to enjoy the benefits of Natal Hypnotherapy and to take time out of their week to learn and practice the techniques which have helped thousands of women.
By coming along to a Natal Club™ relaxation session you will benefit by learning and practicing the key elements which will help you have a better birth experience. The focus of the club is to help you to be more confident, relaxed and prepared for birth.
What will you learn?
The classes include a 35 minute Natal Hypnotherapy™ session focusing on teaching mums breathing, relaxation and visualisation. Sessions change weekly and focus on different issues related to pregnancy in general.
In addition the Natal Club™ is a great place to meet other pregnant women. There will be time at the end of each session to discuss any concerns or issues or to simply chat with other mums over a cup of tea and a biscuit.
What do I need to wear?
Come in loose, comfortable clothing as the relaxation session is done lying down.
Do I need to bring anything?
You may like to bring a pillow and blanket to get really cosy!
How much will it cost to join the club?
You can join the club by buying a Natal Club™ card which will entitle you to attend 5 sessions. The card costs £25 and will be valid for 8 weeks. There is no limit to the number of cards you can buy. Cards can be bought directly from your practitioner after your free session, by calling 01428 712615 or from our on line shop (from the end of April onwards)
Do I have to buy a club card?
No, you can come along for drop in sessions on a pay as you go basis - however the cost of an individual session will be £7.
When in my pregnancy can I come to a session?
You can attend a session at any time of your pregnancy.
Who will run the session?
The sessions will be run by fully qualified, insured and licensed Natal Hypnotherapy™ practitioners. You can read the profile of your practitioner on our web site.
