Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept switch, cheque in GBP or credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. Please call us if you have any queries. We accept Switch, Visa, Mastercard and Amex. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, standard post or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Clearance items may be on or near end of shelf life. You accept this upon purchasing items marked "Reduced to Clear". Returns are only possible if the product is faulty.

Cancellation Policy - Natal Hypnotherapy Courses

Natal Hypnotherapy courses are services. Provision of the service is considered to have started when we send you course and venue information and forms and pre course questionaires.

If you book on a course and subequently wish cancel, refunds will only be given on the following basis and the following charges will be applicable.

Days notice of cancellation (no of days prior to course) given in writing or by email
% refund of course fee paid
42+ calendar days 75%
32-41 calendar days 50%
22-31 calendar days 25%
21 calendar days or less or 'no show' 0%

In the event of exceptional circumstances, which include death or birth of baby 50% of the course fee paid may be refunded. Evidence of these circumstances may be asked for and any refund is at our sole discretion.

Transfer Policy
If a course participant wishes to transfer to an alternative course a charge of £70 will be made. If an alternative date can not be found then the cancellation policy will apply.
Shipping And Handling Shipping
All CDs and products are sent out using Royal mail first class or by courier if requested for the UK. Other destinations outside of the UK will require you to contact us to get a quote on shipping. Please call 01428 712615 if you require these alternative shipping arrangements

Order Fulfilment
Please note we process the orders for shipping usually at 3pm each day and therefore any orders placed after 12 noon cannot be guaranteed to go out on that day although we do our best to process all orders placed up to 4pm each working day.

Delivery times
- Royal Mail
94% approximately of Royal Mail 1st Class deliveries arrive next day, but this is not guarranteed.

- Courier
Please note that when ordering by Courier, for orders before 12pm, it goes out that day for delivery NEXT BUSINESS DAY i.e if you order Monday you get it Tuesday etc but if you order Friday, the next business day is Monday and not Saturday!. The service is a signed for service and you need to ensure that you are in on the day of the delivery. If you are not present the Courier will card you and then you either need to re-arrange delivery or pick it up from the depot. If you fail to collect it or you are absent when the courier calls again, a redelivery charge may apply.
Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to within 2 business days, and typically 94% of customers get them next working day in line with Royal Mails deliveries or courier. Couriered orders will arrive next working day so if it is a Friday you will get the order on Monday. International orders generally take between 5 - 10 working days. Please contact us if you require special delivery. We are here to help!
Back Orders We hold stock of everything we sell is it is very unlikely that you will find a product is unavailable. In the event of this we will contact you to agree what we can do.
Tax Charges All UK and EU orders are subject to the governments 17.5% Value Added Tax (VAT) . Orders from the rest of the world and the Channel Islands are zero rated for VAT so you are not charged UK VAT.
Credit Card Security We use PROTX, separate secure payment provider which takes your credit card details and processes them for the amount on your order. We do not store your card details on our systems. The Natal Hypnotherapy website only takes your invoice and delivery address details. When the order is placed at our website, your name and invoice address details are passed to PROTX for payment processing. You enter your credit card numbers into PROTX secure site which are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. We only get a payment confirmation back from PROTX to say your payment has gone through, we do not get any card details back.
