The VBAC Preparation is a 2 CD set to help mums prepare for a vaginal birth after they have had a caesarean birth.

VBAC I, the first CD is a clearing, releasing and relaxing CD to help you overcome any negative emotions and issues relating to your past caesarean experience.  Using the CD from 6 weeks onwards will help you overcome negative emotions and issues relating to your past caesarean experience.  The CD helps you to recognize fears and concerns which are directly connected to your previous experience and then takes you, step by step through a powerful "letting go" exercise. This enables you to "clear the path" and look ahead to the next birth, recognizing that every birth is unique and every labour is different.  The CD then moves you to a new place where you can increase your confidence and inherent trust and belief in your body’s ability to give birth vaginally.

VBAC II ,  this second CD focuses on preparing for the forthcoming birth and takes you on a guided visualisation through giving birth vaginally. It focuses on increasing your confidence, courage, sense of control, ability to communicate effectively and to make decisions in a clear, calm way.   This CD is the VBAC version of the Birth Preparation cd which won the Practical Parenting  “Pregnancy Product of the Year”. 

The CD also provides the same relaxation and pain management techniques used in the birth preparation CD, helping you to manage the sensations of birth.
